Geja’s Café was Chicago's first wine bar, opening in the Old Town neighborhood in 1965. Our founder, John Davis, always has had a philosophy to have a wide selection of wines both by the glass and the bottle at moderate prices. We feature many wine festivals throughout the year, showcasing wine regions and grapes from around the world. So please enjoy looking at our wine list. About Geja’s House Wines:
We offer three distinct Private Reserve Wines bottled with our label (as seen on the left). Our Private Reserve Chardonnay, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon are made from carefully selected juice then produced and bottled by the San Antonio Winery in California. Since 1917, the historical San Antonio Winery has been an oasis of good living and culture in the heart of Los Angeles. For over 90 years, the Riboli family has owned and managed the only producing winery in Los Angeles and the last of more than one hundred that once lined the Los Angeles River Basin.
